Refund policy

Any unsatisfied customer's order will be replaced at no charge with a duplicate item, regardless of shipping issues or overall dissatisfaction, as long as the notice of dissatisfaction is given within 14 days of purchase.  Any customer may cancel order prior to shipment via email notification for refund.
